879 Niagara Tokanui Highway Quarry Hills, Southland District

Quarry Hills, Southland.

Do you hunger for wide-open spaces? Do you want to walk outside and just breathe in the smell of fresh pine and crisp country air? Do you want to look out the window and see rolling hills for miles?

Is it time to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life and get back to real living?

Here is a half-acre property that may suit. All those advantages without the hard work of some massive farm or fiddly lifestyle block that needs constant attention.

Close enough to Invercargill that you can be in town within the hour but further enough away that people ring before they just pop in.

The house is basic - it's one big open-plan living area with a kitchenette and is more like a hunter or basic shepherd / trampers hut.

If you want to make it into a home, you'll need to put in the work, but how much more pleasing will that be with those vistas and that quiet.

The section is very paddock-like. Good to graze a lamb or a chicken or two.

But can you imagine yourself after working on the house, having a cuppa at the scattered picnic tables which are protected from the harsh winds by the shelter belt of trees at the back?

So if you craving some peace, somewhere to escape, recharge and get back to basics - do not overlook this opportunity in Quarry Hills.

Deadline Sale: Closing 5:00pm, Tuesday 26th April 2022 (prior offers considered)
