What will the appraisal cover?

The team considers your property’s features, location and current rental-market conditions, then discusses a rental estimate and practical questions about letting the property. An estimate is a guide at the time it is prepared, rather than a guarantee of the rent or how quickly a tenant will be found.

What information should I provide?

• The full property address and property type.
• The number of bedrooms and bathrooms, parking and any recent improvements.
• Whether it is occupied and when you expect it to become available.
• Known maintenance needs and any questions about preparing it for tenants.

If you have photographs, plans or compliance information, mention these when the team contacts you. Do not include tenants’ personal information in the enquiry.
