Brendan Mason opened Ray White Invercargill in October 2002 and has more than 35 years of experience in real estate. As the office’s business owner and a property consultant, he brings a long view of Invercargill and Southland property alongside first-hand experience helping people buy and sell.

Brendan values honest advice, reliable follow-through and keeping clients informed as a campaign progresses. He takes time to understand what each person wants to achieve, explain the available options and give clear feedback so clients can make considered decisions.

Brendan achieved Ray White Premier Performer for 2025/2026 (July 2025–June 2026). Ray White Invercargill’s Elite Business Leader recognition for the same period is an office award.
