Use the maintenance request tool below to report a problem at a rental managed by Ray White Invercargill. Have your property address, contact details and a description of the problem ready. Add photographs where useful.

Urgent repair? Call your property manager promptly. If people are in immediate danger, contact emergency services. Follow up in writing when it is safe to do so.
