Hayden Sproat

Hayden Sproat’s connection with Southland began on the farmlet where he grew up. After completing a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Otago and living and working in London, he returned to Invercargill in 2014. Today he helps buyers and sellers across the region as part of Team Rachel & Hayden.

His rural upbringing gives him a personal understanding of lifestyle living, alongside his work with city homes. Hayden values honest advice and clear communication, taking time to understand what people need from a property and the decisions behind their move.

Hayden and Rachel Findlater have worked together since 2021 and are shareholders in Ray White Invercargill. Rachel brings experience in property development, new builds and residential sales, complementing Hayden’s background and local knowledge. Together, they work with homeowners, first-home buyers and investors across Invercargill and Southland.

Hayden received individual Ray White Premier Performer recognition for 2025/2026 and 2024/2025, following Executive Performer recognition for 2023/2024.
