Why do you sell Real Estate? "I've always enjoyed working with people and Real estate is about people, not buildings. Every day brings different challenges, its fast paced, pressured and rewarding all at the same time. An incredibly exciting career."
What is the most important skill when selling property? "The ability to listen. Its not about me it's about my vendor. I need to fully understand their hopes, fears, motivations and personality. Fully understanding my buyers helps me sort the fact from the fiction. This allows me to negotiate the best possible price."
What are you most proud of in your career? "Repeat business & referrals. I can always look my clients in the eye. I ask "what are you looking for in an agent?' and the overwhelming response is 'the best possible price' and 'trust'. My aim is to achieve both."
What sets you apart from other agents? "Thinking outside the box. Not all properties are equal, identifying appealing aspects is the key. To achieve premium price the marketing has to be targeted across the broadest spectrum and Ray White excels at this."
Why do you love Southland? "It has to be the people, down to earth, hard working and super friendly. I love the amenities we have in our proud city and that we have an adventure playground on our doorstep. It's one of the best kept secrets. - what's not to like!"
