Away from the office, you’ll usually find me on a netball or basketball court, or doing Pilates - when I can find the time between work and chasing after three kids! Sport has taught me a lot about leadership: show up, back your team, and don’t be afraid to sweat a little.

Whether I’m coaching a team or leading one, I’m proud to lead with purpose, lift others up, and help shape a high-performing, client-first culture - while keeping things real, human, and occasionally fuelled by good coffee and a sense of humour.
