Team Rachel & Hayden

Rachel Findlater and Hayden Sproat have worked together at Ray White Invercargill since 2021, bringing complementary property and professional backgrounds to buyers and sellers across Southland. Both are Southland locals and shareholders in the office, with a lasting connection to the region.

Rachel’s experience includes property development, new builds, home ownership and residential sales in Invercargill and Queenstown. She brings a calm, attentive approach and an eye for detail to helping clients prepare their property and consider their options.

Hayden grew up on a Southland farmlet, completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Otago and lived and worked in London before returning to Invercargill in 2014. His rural upbringing and professional experience bring another perspective to the team’s work with city homes and lifestyle properties.

Rachel and Hayden combine considered marketing with practical advice and clear communication. They work with first-home buyers, homeowners and investors, taking time to understand each client’s goals and the property involved.
