Rachel Findlater and Hayden Sproat have worked together at Ray White Invercargill since 2021. Both are Southland locals and shareholders in the office, with a long-term commitment to the community they serve.
Rachel brings experience in property development, new builds, home ownership and residential sales, including work in Invercargill and Queenstown. Hayden grew up on a Southland lifestyle property, completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Otago and returned to Invercargill after living and working in London. Their different paths give them a grounded understanding of the decisions people face when buying or selling a home.
The team combines local market knowledge with considered marketing and clear, practical communication. They help first-home buyers, homeowners moving within Southland and property investors understand their options and what to expect at each stage.
