As co-owner of Ray White Invercargill, James brings strong leadership, clear vision, and a hands-on approach to both his clients and the wider business. Well connected within the community, he lives in Rosedale with his wife Nikki and their two children, Scarlett and Otis. Outside of real estate, James enjoys keeping active, spending time on the golf course, and is often called upon to MC some of Invercargill’s standout events.

Hannah brings a unique edge to the team with her legal background, having practised law for eight years across Queenstown, Perth, and Invercargill before transitioning into real estate in 2018. Her attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and ability to navigate complex situations provide clients with confidence and peace of mind. Hannah pairs her expertise with a warm, personable approach, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. When she’s not working, she is a busy mum to two sports-loving boys, often found on the sidelines of rugby games or out and about supporting their active lifestyle. She values quality time with her partner and family, making the most of everything the Southland region has to offer.

Behind the scenes, their superstar PA, Tracy Ashton, keeps everything running seamlessly. She ensures every campaign is coordinated efficiently and that every client receives the high level of service Team James & Hannah are known for.
