Ray White Invercargill celebrates Top 10 national ranking at 2025/2026 Annual Awards

Ray White Invercargill has celebrated an outstanding result at the 2025/2026 Ray White New Zealand Annual Awards, ranking #8 Office of the Year across the Ray White New Zealand network at the awards held in Auckland.

The result places Ray White Invercargill among the top-performing offices in the Ray White New Zealand network, recognising the consistency, performance and commitment of the team throughout the year.

For the Invercargill team, the recognition is a reflection of the collective effort behind every campaign, conversation and client relationship.

The national ranking is a significant achievement for the local office and comes after another strong year of activity across the Invercargill and Southland property market.

The team’s success is built around a collective approach, bringing together local knowledge, marketing, technology and the experience of the wider Ray White team to deliver for clients.

Rachel Findlater recognised nationally

The evening also saw a standout individual achievement for Ray White Invercargill, with Rachel Findlater taking home the Loan Market Award for No. 1 Leading Referring Salesperson.

Rachel ranked 1st out of more than 1,400 agents nationwide, recognising her outstanding contribution through Loan Market referrals during the year.

It’s an exceptional result and a reflection of the strong relationships Rachel has built with both clients and colleagues across the business.

A result made possible by our clients

While awards recognise results, the team says the achievement ultimately comes back to the clients who choose Ray White Invercargill to help them with their property journey.

A team built around people, property and the place we call home.
